Our service provides a replacement window and door service, bespoke fitted wardrobes, stair cases, decorative shelving, bespoke kitchens and storage cupboards and exterior decking of all forms.

We construct bespoke 'cut' roofs to fit every type of roof required. At L K Property Services we are quite use to working on the older properties and are more than happy to have to adjust things quite often to make things fit.

L K Property Services carrying out all types of roofing including tiling, slating, fibre slates, GRP flat roofing, lead work, plastic and cast iron guttering and all roofing repairs.
Plastering & Rendering
We carry out all forms of plastering and rendering including new gypsum plasters to lime work covering new builds, renovations work and general repairs.

We supply and fit hardwood flooring, quality laminate and engineered timber flooring. Also we fit sound proofing material and insulation boarding.
Decorating
L K Property Services provide a quality decorating service for internal and external work, extensions, new builds or renovation work.
Tiling
L K Property Services tile kitchens, bathrooms, all floors, swimming pools using ceramic, porcelain, mosaics, travertine and natural stone with the highest quality adhesive and grout. We also fit underfloor heating where required.
Electrics & Plumbing
Apart from fitting new bathrooms we install new central heating systems, replace radiators, fit wet underfloor heating, hot water cylinders, replace consumer units and re wires for renovation work. L K Property Services carry out all electrical and plumbing to national standards or higher.
