L K Property Services built block and render walls and fitted bespoke timber door and windows to make a new entrance enclosure blending in with the existing property. We also plastered, decorated and tiled the floor to the new entrance enclosure.

L K Property Services built a new timber frame utility building to the rear of this property for storage and somewhere for their dogs to dry off after a muddy walk !

Below are two smaller projects, first we removed an old large fire place and fitted a new smaller cast iron fire with a new floor and hearth. The second project we fitted a new door to provide side access into a garage.
